Speed
Focus on moving and accelerating faster helps to condition the neuromuscular system to improve the firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers
We do a variety of assisted and resisted speed training to help improve speed-length and stride length.
Strength
"Muscular strength refers to the ability of the muscle to lift a given weight a given distance, with no regard to the time it takes to move the weight a given distance."
We focus on increasing strength without sacraficing speed.
Power
In contrast to strength, power is the ability of the muscle to perform a certain amount of work per unit time.
We work to increase power which means that the muscle is stronger and it can contract faster.
Agility
We focus on speed training along with power training which maximizes the athletes ability to move rapidly.
Agility training helps an athlete to apply their speed to sport-specific scenarios.
